After hours help

Olio Road Family Care works with a local answering service that will take your after hours call. They will immediately contact one of our doctors who will in turn call you back to address your question or concern. Calls rotate among each of the doctors in our group.

Self-help

One part of the Olio Road Family Care patient-focused approach is our goal to be your primary care physician. However, there are responsibilities for you and your family as well. We are interested in providing you with as much information as possible to help with your health care.

The Internet offers a great deal of health information. We are constantly looking for good sites and appreciate ones you might discover. We also encourage your own research regarding your health questions. Our Resources section provides some links. Be sure to bring in any references to the sites you find so that we can work with you.

Getting the most out of your office visits

When coming in for an office visit, it is often difficult to remember everything you might want to discuss with you doctor. We suggest you bring the following:

• Questions and concerns
  Take a few minutes to jot down your issues and questions before you arrive at the office to assure that we can discuss your concerns and needs.
• List of medications
  Bring a list of medications you are currently taking.
• Insurance card
  Bring your current insurance card.
• Co-pay
  We accept check, cash, Visa or Mastercard. Please see our Financial Policy for more information.
